Limitation of liability

In no case shall imPatientBox be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our Services regardless imPatientBox’s negligence or whether imPatientBox knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. Severability

If any part of these Terms is invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The limitation or elimination of the severable term will not affect any other terms.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and imPatientBox and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, with respect to our Services. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
