A. Through the Contact Form
When you submit your personal information to our Website via the Contact Form, we collect your Name, Surname and Email address to get in touch with you in order to share more about the project we are working on and learn more about what digital patient you are.
Your personal data is processed until you withdraw your consent and never further in a manner that is incompatible with the purposes specified above for which it has been collected.
We share your personal information with Squarespace, our web hosting provider, so they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Gmail and Google Drive respectively for notification and storage purposes. We may also disclose your personal information to other parties when required by law, with your consent or if necessary to protect the safety and security of our Website and its users. If any of these data sharings imply a cross-border transfer, appropriate safeguards are provided in order to ensure that the recipient party offers an adequate level of protection.
B. Through the Website
When you visit our Website and accept the use of analytics and performance cookies and similar technologies, we collect your IP address, information about your operating system, browser version, network and device, geolocation data, the date and time you visit our Website and the webpages you visited prior to coming to our Website to learn about the site traffic and activity.
In order to do so, we share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider.
